Horizontal Radio Buttons on Form

Hi,

I'm really struggling at the moment as I'm trying to had the radio buttons on this form/page: Blue Bloodhound  become horizontal with the numbers above the radio buttons.

I've tried lots of different options but I can't seem to get anything to work.

Please can someone help??

That will take a CSS Guru, especially if you want it to be responsive

Yeah I thought that.  Was hoping there might be someone who has done it before.....keeping my fingers crossed.
