Horizontal Form

Is there any way to make my form horizontal? I found this Marketo template: http://library.marketo.com/LP_Vanilla_Sky_v1.html

I really like that the field names appear within the field boxes and the 3 column layout. Would I just need to edit the CSS to achieve this?

To answer your question right off the bat, yes you could do this a horizontal column and row format all with CSS.
This would be best if it worked for the mobile, tablet and desktop all at once. That is where it gets a little more complicated. This is one of the best visual examples I could find pertaining to your issue.
