Historical Data not reflecting via Smart List

Hello All,

 

I'm just checking to see if someone has experienced not able to pull historical data thru a smart list? We are trying to pull our data for our reporting and was stunned to see that our smart list didn't return any records. Criteria used was just "Was Sent Email" then put all emails sent for a quarter.

 

We checked on a campaign level (1 campaign only) and the records were there so we know that the data was not deleted in the system.

 

Anyone?

Was it a recent quarter, or a quarter in the past? 

"Activities in the activity log are only retained for 25 months"
