HIPPA Compliance?

Hello,

We are looking to confirm that Marketo is HIPPA compliant, we were told when purchasing it was, yet when looking for additional documents or audits we are unable to find any details.

Does anyone send patient data through Marketo?

Hi Tony,

I did some work for a healthcare firm. They used partitions to keep potential patient info separate.

But if you want Marketo to show you HIPAA compliance and it wasn't already in your contract, you should ask your rep.

Marketo is not PCI compliant, so do not put SSN or credit card info into it.
