Hi, Are the user ids provided for two Marketo users completely unique?

I am storing the marketo lead ids in my databse.Now as they are not unique accros users,I am storing it as marketoUserId_LeadId.before I do this,i want to confirm whether the marketo user is is unique for users.

Yes, Lead IDs in Marketo are unique.

but lead ids are unique within a marketo user,not accross.
Also,am asking about marketo user ids being unique or not?

Can you tell me whether I can get a unique id for the subscription.
Example : my subscription is sprinklrdev  and I have 4 users as admin for it.I want to know the id corresponding to the sprinklrdev subscription.
one of my uers are getting the user id as "sprinklrdev1_6344784453276E4C9EFD40". So,is sprinklrdev the subsciption id?
