Helpful Tip: Clean up CSS with &'s in Subject Line

Some marketers might find this helpful... I learned this lesson the hard way!

If you use an ampersand in the subject line and then "Clean up CSS" in "HTML Tools" the "&" will be changed to "&"

If you are copying and pasting content into your email you should clean up the CSS to ensure the formatting does not break when your lead receives one of your emails.

I'd say the lesson learned is that Clean Up CSS is buggy.  Shouldn''t this be filed as a bug report?

Hey Adam, did you see this in the preview, or did you only see it when you sent a test email (or the actual email)? Good heads up.

I saw it in the actual email unfortunately!

@Dory Viscogliosi it will show up in the Editora and in Preview as well... though completely understandable that we wouldn't notice this "fixup"!

This sounds like a bug. Thanks for the heads up.
