Help on Migration, moving programs over from current instance to global instance

Hi,

I'm looking for insight on migrating from a current instance of Marketo to a global instance of Marketo.  Are programs/assets/folders copied over and then built out for each one or can they be cloned over?  What initial steps need to be taken?  I'm in the process of doing this now and any help is appreciated.  Thanks!
