Help! Everytime I try to import a lead list the email field gets taken away!

I have tried doing so many different things but everytime I want to import a Lead List into my campaign the Email Field gets erased and I cannot figure out why!!

Hey Audrey,

Does the email get erased? Or is it never imported in the first place? I would make sure to check the Activity Log for one of the records. Can you attach a screenshot for one of the Leads?

Do you mean that you cannot find the Email Address field during import?
 

Or do you mean that something is erasing the Email Address? As Jeff said, the Activity Log will show what happened (hopefully). Do you know if SFDC or Marketo has a flow to monitor and change email addresses? Is Email Address field blocked for some reason?

They were just erasing the email address.

It looks like I was uploading the leads when they were already in SFDC system. 

So I went back and just search for the campaigns in the SFDC sync and it worked
