Having trouble with Marketo Sales Insight

Unsure why our Marketo and Salesforce are not syncing correctly? We have Version 1.14 of Lead Managment and Sales Insight Version 1.4274.1. The thought is that it has something to do with not having the new 2.0 Version? Can anyone help?
