Have you noticed MSI Email Formatting change in SFDC?

When we publish beautiful marketing emails to Sales Insight, the formatting doesn't look the same from inside SFDC. If I send myself a test of the email, it looks fine.

Has anyone else encountered this and have your sales reps said anything? I don't want them to think that what they see in SFDC is how the emails will look when they're sent.

Most of our templates aren't "beautiful" ;0)  - they mimic the look of an email sent from Outlook, and they look the same as before.  However, I did notice that one of our more commercial looking templates has its headline, bullets and body copy compressed vertically like the leading has been decreased.  When I look at the same template in Outlook, the leading is increased.  Not sure what might have caused this, but a couple of months ago, I noticed that the overall display of text in Salesforce changed and appeared to be smaller / more compressed.

Delinda, are you saying the format looks different after selecting the template and before sending it or after it is sent and you click the subject in the Email tab in Sales Insight?

After selecting the template and before sending it. As far as I can tell, everthing looks fine after it is sent.

Thanks for the input Elliot. You've inspired me to simplify many of our templates for sales.
