Have all manual flow steps subject to a role permission

Users can be forbidden to schedule or activate smart campaigns, but inexperienced ones can still do a lot of bad things using the manual flow steps. Only a few of these flow steps are subject to a permission (mainly the delete lead).

This idea is to request that all flow steps should be subject to a role permission.

I can see the value in that! Our notes fields are New Notes + Old Notes so that we keep history. Someone could easily wipe that all out not knowing what they're doing.

Hi @Grégoire Michel,

You said, "Users can be forbidden to schedule or activate smart campaigns..". Is this still true? I only see "Activate Trigger Campaign" and "Schedule Batch campaign", but nothing to prevent one from scheduling or running a smart campaign.

Hi Amanda,

Well, if you create a role without these 2 roles permission checked, the person will not be able to schedule a batch nor activate a trigger.

Furthermore, this idea should be marked as "done" since there is now a "Run single flow action" in the "database" section of the role permissions.
