Have a "use destination email template" option when importing programs

When importing programs and you choose the conflict rules, you have the follwing choices :

It you have made  some corrections to the template in the target instance, you have the choice between not using them or loosing them .

Please add the "Use destination templates" choice !

I understand this is deeply linked to the possibility to change the template of an email.
