Has the html WYSIWYG changed in Design Studio?

I'm trying to make some simple updates to a template I created a few weeks ago.  I have copied the html into dreamweaver, made a very minimal width adjustment and now when I paste back into the Marketo html interface it looks very different than it did.  Has something changed? 

I've fairly savvy with html so I am confident I haven't deleted code.
