Has anyone used Tray.io?

We're experiencing some gaps in data between our various platforms and we're looking into different solutions. I've read good things about Tray.io (on their website) and am curious how others have implemented it. What were the pain points that it solved? Do you use it to replace some of Marketo's functions (logic for emails, lists, etc)?
