Has anyone migrated part of their company to marketo from pardot?

I just started at my company and am trying to speak with someone who has first hand experience migrating from Pardot to Marketo. Our company uses Marketo but we acquired a company that uses Pardot. Our Pardot contract is up in January and we do not want to continue paying for two MAPs.

Has anyone done this before and know any tricks to make the process go faster?

Hi Ray,

We have migrated many companies from Pardot to Marketo as we have consultants on both platforms. It really depends on what you are looking to migrate as we typically tend to recommend an audit to identify lists/forms/templates/programs/data/scoring that need to come across.
