Has anyone attended any good 1:1 events for technology companies?

My company has had some success with 1:1 events, also called executive business networking events, where we request what companies/prospects we'd like to meet with, and then meetings are set up for us, with those companies and prospects. We are looking into similar events, and I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions.
