Hard Bounce and Soft Bounce %

Marketo allows you to report on the number of Hard Bounces and Soft Bounces, but not on the % these bounce represent. It would be good if we could get this.

It would also be good if we could be able to report on Soft Bounce on Email Analysis reports in Revenue Explorer, as this metric does't appear here.

You should be able to do this in the Email Performance Report (outside of Revenue Explorer). Have you tried it this way?

Hi Justin,

In Email Performance you can see Hard Bounces and Soft Bounces, but can't see Hard Bounce Rate or Soft Bounce Rate.

Oops, you're right! I was thinking about Email Insights. Do you have that yet? Bounce %, Soft %, Hard % all shown there.

Hi Macarena - I agree would be great if the hard bounced rate was a % in the Email Performance report. I don't use the figures from Email Insights as they are all rounded.
