Handling Webinar Questions

We run webinars on a fairly consistent basis and as part of the process have our sales team call to answer any unanswered questions that we aren't able to address during the webinar. Right now we have the information in xls and use that to pass it over to sales but I'm curious if there is a better solution aside from perhaps creating custom fields and syncing into SFDC?

In Salesforce you can create custom fields for leads & contacts. In 5 minutes custom fileds will get synced with Marketo. You can use these fields in marketo as the way you want and data of these fields wiill sync automatically with Salesforce.

Custom fields in SFDC is one option, however with the volume of webinars we run these fields would have a high potential of being overwritten. We also do a fair amount of polling and surveys around our webinar which we would like to push the data onto the record so sales can better understand the lead.

Right now we are just attaching the webinar exported data to the campaign object so sales can go and look at the data to see any Q&A, polling and survey questions etc.

Ideally it would be great if there was a simpler solution.
