Handling duplicate email address with different names attached.

Thanks for taking a look at the following question.  A registration platform requires you to enter an email address for each user in order to fulfill the process.  My question is what if there is 2 different names using the same email address to register?  How do I send 2 emails to the same email address with different names in it?  The use case here is that a dad registers himself and his 6 year old kid to run a race with the same email address but 2 different names.  How do I set up Marketo to not look at these a duplicates?
