Hacker Filling out forms
Has anyone had issues with hackers getting a hold of a landing page form and signing hundreds of people up (with real email addresses)? How do you prevent this from happening?

It depends.
If it's actually a human filling out the form (unlikely, but with "hundreds" it is possible) then it's very, very hard to stop as the human can pass a reCAPTCHA check.
If it's a malicious app filling out the form, then add reCAPTCHA (see lots of past posts here about it).
