Guided Landing Page Template not Responsive in Mobile

Hi Guys,

I downloaded Template 2-B from the Marketo Guided LP templates and it works great across desktop browsers but it's not rendering properly on mobile.  There is a form on the page and I'm not sure if that's pushing out the width of the page?
