Guided Landing page rows breaking

Our guided landing pages are breaking (we are using Template 1-E) sometimes for no clear reason. I had everything working fine but now section 2 of that template has blocks jumping down to a third row. All the blocks in section two have icons are the same size, text is same length. I haven't gone so far as to look at the code yet since I was hoping maybe something goofy was going on that just needed a quick tweak in the main editing screen.
