GTW and Marketo show slighlty different of webinar attendees

it's not for the first time that i  find out that some people marked as "attendeed" in GTW have no-show status in Marketo webinar campaign

as we are sending different emails to no-show and attendees, that's not very good because i keep receiving replies from people telling me they did attend

now i'm doing manual comparison of GTW and Marketo attendees but i suppose, it's not the way this should work

any idea as to why this might be happening and how to deal with it?

Sounds like a question for Support.

Did you compare the GTW list against the Marketo list?

It's possible that the person attended for a short time and somehow that was not counted.

Yes, i did compare lists, and Marketo's is always 4-5 people less, than GTW's
i though, may be Marketo and GTW calculate the attendees differently, based on the minimum time spent at the webinar and that's the case, but if it's not, than, i probably need to report a support case
