Group Leads by Company

We are looking for a solution to help our Sales Team. We would like to be able to show them activity on the website (or behavior score changes) for each of their contacts grouped by company. Thus if they were looking at this Smart List or Report, they would be able to see which lead or contact from ABC company has been most active on the website.

I know SalesForce has a solution for this, sadly we use a different CRM that is not fully integrated with Marketo.

Any ideas or options of what we could do?

Are they logging into Marketo? You could always make a simple Smart List that matched on email domain or company name (or both) and then sort that by lead score.

True. But what we are hoping to do to deliver the complete list of their contacts and have them group by Company Name. I should have mentioned our "company name" field is actually a custom field we created. The CRM system we use assigns an ID# for each individual company since there are several companies in our database with the same name. That custom field "Sage ID#" is what the leads need to be grouped by.

You can pull a smart list or a Web Page Activity Report in Excel, then group it by company.
 

SFDC would also be able to do something like this depending on the setup.

Good point Josh. Although, he doesn't have SFDC, but maybe there is an option inside the CRM.
