Gotowebinar link not becoming hyperlink

I have been experiencing an issue with the {{member.webinar url}} token not becoming a clickable hyperlink in emails.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  It seems to only happen in Outlook, but seems to work fine in gmail.

Any suggestions?  I have put a wait step in before sending the email and it still doesn't work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What webinar provider are you using? is it GoToWebinar?

I've had this problem before and found the cloning to a new program and reconnecting the webinar integration can refresh the connection and allow the tokens to work properly.

Ok, I would try the cloning option above and reconnect your new program to the webinar and try again.
