GoToWebinar - Import registrants of PAST webinars

Is there some way to bring in registrants from PAST webinars through the Launchpoint integration (rather than an Excel file import)?

I'm not able to make a campaign for a PAST webinar -- it only shows me upcoming webinars, so I can't grab those attendees and import them easily.

Any ideas?

That is correct. You cannot sync webinars that already happened and were not previously synced to a Program.

You should export the data from GTW and import into the appropriate program.

Hi Shannon

I agree with Josh that you cannot sync previous webinars to a program because its already over. Even if you sync a Marketo program with an upcoming event that already has members in it, then you'll not be able to sync it with some other upcoming event.

The simple way to export the previous webinar's data is through Attendee or Registrants reports.
