GoToWebinar and Email Alerts :: Not syncing

Hello!

When I test our webinars LP to ensure it syncs properly with SF and GTW. I show as registered in our SF campagin (which is correct) but I do not get registered through GTW nor does an email alert get created and sent to my inbox.

I have been cloning my programs this whole year and have never had an issue.

Why now? :) Please help!

Hi Lyndsey,
I presume you have a Marketo Program connected to your GTW event? When I have encountered this issue, it is usually because I have not properly connected the Marketo Program to the GTW Event through the Program Event Settings.
