To start with, the {{member.webinar url}} (you have it backwards in your example) isn't available immediately. Unfortunately, much as I hate arbitrary/useless Wait steps, in this special case you should pause ~5 minutes to ensure the data has been written back to Marketo.

We send confirmations via Marketo using 3 text tokens for Google, Outlook and iCal that use the URL structure from GoToWebinar's confirmation emails:

• {{my.Calendar URL - Google}} global.gotowebinar.com/icsCalendar.tmpl?webinar={{my.EventNumber}}&user={{member.registration code}}&cal=google
• {{my.Calendar URL - Outlook}} global.gotowebinar.com/icsCalendar.tmpl?webinar={{my.EventNumber}}&user={{member.registration code}}&cal=outlook
• {{my.Calendar URL - iCal}} global.gotowebinar.com/icsCalendar.tmpl?webinar={{my.EventNumber}}&user={{member.registration code}}&cal=ical

The tokens are part of our program template so they just clone over and never have to be updated...you just have to create/update the Event Number token. We haven't had success with using these on thank you landing pages, likely because of the delay Sanford mentioned.
