GotoWebinar Adapter Failing Intermittently?

Has anyone had an issue with the GotoWebinar Adapter Failing Intermittently? It has dropped twice in the last 6 weeks causing people to not receive the personalized url that allows one to access the webinar.

Also, is there a way to create an alert to watch for this behavior?

Any thoughts welcome. Thanks.
