Google not indexing my Landing Pages

Googlebots are not able to crawl my Marketo landing pages, despite setting the Meta Tag, Robot, to "index, follow". I have been trying to troubleshoot this for over a month now, but still have not been able to fix it.

We've checked our CNAME, and verified it with our account manager during the initial setup. He said it works correctly on their end, so the CNAME shouldn't be the cause. However, it just won't index despite all our efforts.

According to Google Webmaster, Googlebot can't access my site due to a DNS issue. According to their FAQs for Crawl Errors - DNS, they can't communicate with the DNS server, or the landing page servers have no entry for the site.

Has anyone encountered this issue, and/or figured out a solution?

Thanks,
Cindy

Have you submitted a request for Google to crawl your site (https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1352276)?

Hi Elliott,

Thanks for the fast response. I didn't realize that my "fetch as google" request had been successful, as it took about 4 days before results were posted on Google Webmasters.

The solution  to my question is:
Request a crawl via Google Webmaster. Results do not occur instantaneously.

Thanks,
Cindy
