Google Blocking Keywords for Paid Search Now

How does this impact data in Marketo?  

How do we ensure that keyword data is recorded along with the lead?  Will URL parameters still work since Google is no longer passing the information in the referrer data?

I imagine that the Keyword field that we've been getting will be no more, and you'll have to get the data from AdWords somehow.

Jason is correct. Google is now encrypting paid-search keyword referral data. This means advertisers cannot see what keywords led to clicks via Adwords. 
 
One workaround to this problem is setting up different landing pages with unique URLs for each keyword.
