Going to "Community" redirects to login screen

I have a partner that can't get to community from their Admin ID (anymore).  Other users of the instance can click "community" and get here, and to the University, with no problem.  But his Admin ID now just redirects to the loging page all the time.  Any ideas?

Once at the login page can they login successfully? Sounds like you should clear out cookies and see if something got wonky there.

Tried that as well. So this is what happens
 
-          Log into marketo
-          Click on communities in top right hand corner
-          Browser opens up new tab and I can see from the progress bar Marketo is doing a series or redirects
-          After about 5 seconds it redirects back to the login page
-          I try to login and it redirects back to Marketo home
