Global setting for hidden fields on form?

I am trying to create a hidden form field to track where webinar registrations and content downloads come from. I have a hidden field on my form, but my URL builder is saying I don't. 

Is there a global setting?

Having the Get Value from set to Referrer Parameter will capture data from the previous page the visitor came from before filling out the form. If you want to use the URL builder to set the content source yourself, then you'll need to change Referrer Parameter to URL Parameter. Once you update that, you will see the Content Source as an option in the URL builder.

Have you set your auto-fill values for the hidden field? To set the values, double click on the hidden field and select URL Parameter from the "get value from" dropdown and then assign it a parameter name. We have one for lead source, and have the parameter set to utm_source. Does that help?

Thanks for the response, Caroline. I do have that set up. 

In this help lesson, at the very bottom, there's a note that says the following. But, I can't find where to edit that setting. 
 
Note

If you do not see any fields available in the builder, ensure that your form has hidden fields and that they are set to accept URL Parameters.

You can just use a spreadsheet to build the URLs.

@Kelly -- you have to double click on the hidden field to set it to accept URL parameters:

@Caroline - I did that. Take a look at my attached screenshots.

One shows the actual form where the hidden field is. 

The other shows the URL builder where it says there is no hidden field. 

Any ideas on this?
