Hi,

What is the best way to create a report on total number of content marketing download (Ebooks, whitepaper etc) downloaded through Marketo landing pages.

We have number of different workspace.

    @Harish Gupta​ - This can be done by exporting the list of landing pages from Design Studio. Though the conversion is not directly visible in Marketo, the exported spreadsheet includes the conversion %

    Thanks for reply. Is there a way to add filter by year. I only need this report for last year. Also, some form on the LP doesn't always provide downloaded content. Some forms are only for registration. How to ensure that the conversion data is only for downloaded?

    Also, is there any way to create a report for Average # of responses to campaign broken out by workspace?

    The conversion data is only for # of leads who filled out form. The spreadsheet does require some additional manual adjustments (e.g. you could adjust/filter them based on the naming convention of programs) to make it more relevant for using. The following are the columns it provides information on,

    Page Name
    Approved
    Mobile Enabled
    Views
    Conversion
    Conversion Rate
    Last Updated
    Page URL
    Template
    Editing Mode
    Program

    You may want to keep the exported lists from different work-spaces separate.
