Global analytics report
Would I be able to pull 1 analytic report for all workspaces or would I have to pull a report within each workspace then aggregate the data outside of Marketo?

At this time, you can only run a global report for emails across all workspaces. In the "Default" workspace in Analytics, go to an Email Performance report. On the Setup tab, you will see an option for GLobal reporting. Enable this and you will be able to report on all emails across the subscription.
