Glitch in the Added to List trigger

have any one seen a glitch in the Added to list Trigger recently today .?

 

We were trying to trigger a webhook based upon the activity if the record was added to the list, but for some reason it dint work this morning but it started working now 

 

Can any one help me with a reason for why this might be happening ?

Hi @sasemohanc29981 ,

 

Likely this is to do with some recent outages/problems Marketo has been having on campaign runs. I would check in with Support to see if this affected anything in your instance, and what you can do to resolve it.
