Give users the ability deactivate multiple trigger campaigns at once.

There used to be an interface within Marketo that allowed the deactivation of multiple trigger campaigns at once. This was a great time saver and would be very useful to reimplement. It is painful and severely time-consuming to have to manually go to each folder within each program to deactivate trigger campaigns.

    Hey there! I have two ideas for you that my team and I have used to accomplish this:

    1. Consider moving the program where the smart campaigns are stored to an archive folder. (First check Disable Smart Campaigns on Archive in Admin > Treasure Chest and ensure this is enabled. When enabled, archiving a folder will deactivate any trigger campaigns, and unschedule any scheduled or recurring batch campaigns to prevent unexpected activity by campaigns in archived folders.)
    2. Use AI! If you’ve got MCP access or are clever in a tool like Zapier or Postman, you can use AI to deactivate smart campaigns that meet your criteria. We have used this for disabling and or disabling/activating smart campaigns that are in the Idle Campaign Clean Up report.
