Give Priority to Certain Campaigns

During busy periods we sometimes have lots of campaigns running at once, and it can affect the latency with overall campaign processing and sync to SFDC.

It would be great to have a way to tell Marketo which campaigns should get priority.

    This would also be great because we have some leads with monthly communication limits. This would allow us to prioritize which items they receive rather than just a "first come, first serve" approach.
