Getting sfdc Failed: exception messages for leads

I'm getting the following exception message about leads coming through. Campaign is set up the same as a previous campaign that worked fine. any ideas on what this means, and how to fix it? Thanks.

Failed: retrieveLargeSObjects 00Q50000013wSa9EAE from sfdc

Hi Lindsay,

Do you have any kind of sharing rules that may be removing the visibility to some leads from the sync user?  This error is most common when the sync user loses visibility after the record is first inserted into SFDC.

As a nuance, I ran into this issue where the Marketo sync user was not added as user to a number of lead queues. Adding the sync user as a user to the queues in the assignment rules stopped the error.
