Getting Google to Crawl new pages

It appears that Google does not automatically crawl new marketo pages, as it typically does for new pages. We've had to manually submit new pages to Google and I am wondering if other marketo users have noticed this for their sites and if so, is there anything that can be done that will allow Google to find and crawl new pages. Thanks!

Marketo Landing Pages are fairly normal HTML documents. There is no technical difference to anything created manually from scratch.

What is the setting in Landing Page Actions - Edit Page Meta Tags - Robots?

To be more specific it is likely to be noindex nofollow.
