getLeadChanges Problem with Mandatory Parameters

Hi All,

I am using WSDL to generate my ip/op schema for getLeadchanges API. According to documentation startPosition parameter is not Mandatory but WSDL has this parameter as Mandatory. can you please have a look into this? 

It would be really good if documentation and WSL are in sync.
