Get Marketo Unique Code

Hi Everyone,

We are working on an integration so someone can see and edit some values of a lead using SOAP Integration, I thought the most transparent and reusable solution would be to have a landing page with personalized URLs and just generate the links to each one using the Marketo Unique Code, however, when I pulled my list of Field Names in the Admin section, I can't find the unique name nor the unique code. Do you know if these attributes are accesible from the SOAP API? 

I am going to circunvent this by just doing some posting directly into a form. But I'd like to know if it is possible. Thanks!
