Get email opens for every email send(using a same smart campaign, a same email)

Hi Nodoka,

Create a score field call for instance "Nb Email Opened"

create a smart campaign:

• Smart List:
  • Trigger : opens email - Email is any email you want to track.
• Flow
  • Change Score - score Name: Nb Email Opened - Change: +1

You can also create multiple smart lists with the following filters

• Leads who opened it once
  • Opened email: The email you want to track
  • Not opened email: The email you want to track - Min number of times: 2

• Leads who opened it twice
  • Opened email: The email you want to track - Min Number of times: 2
  • Not opened email: The email you want to track - Min number of times: 3

• Leads who opened it three times
  • Opened email: The email you want to track - Min Number of times: 3
  • Not opened email: The email you want to track - Min number of times: 4
