Get Assets of a Program

My requirement is to get the id of the list, which is a local asset to a program, using an API call. Do we have such API? I know that vice-versa is possible (getting the Program Name from the list id http://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/lead-database-endpoint-reference/#!/Static_Lists/getListByIdUs… )

There is a getlist end point (http://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/lead-database-endpoint-reference/#!/Static_Lists/getListsUsing… ) but for static lists only. It takes program name as an input parameter.
