Generating custom images/graphs from customer-specific data

Hello! I am extremely new to Marketo and am wondering if anyone knows of any Marketo-capatible tools capable of dynamically generating an image based on customer-specific values for eventual distribution in an email. (As a simple example, a pie chart that would automatically adjust to reflect different percentage breakdowns for each customer based on the input values.) Any insight you have would be much appreciated!

Also, if this question has already come up recently and you can direct me to the thread, that would be great.
