Question

GDPR and Lead Scoring

Like everyone else, we're thinking about the downstream effects of people opting out of cookies and lead scoring will definitely be impacted here. We're trying to come up with ways that we can account for the potential loss of behavioral data if someone opts of out being cookied. For example, if someone opts out of being cookied, we might boost demographic scoring a bit more than we would for our average lead. I'm curious if anyone else has considered this and what solutions the community has come up with so far.

The number of people opting out is probably very low. I personally wouldn't bother.

But sure, you could re-weight things. Alternatively, push people to form fills and CLicks instead.
