Happy Friday all,

Has anyone run into issue were a customer fills out a form for gated content and when the email is sent it goes directly into their spam/junk folder?

I have running into this with a couple of the emails for gated content form fills, does anyone have any insight as to what I can do to fix the issue?

Thanks,

Jeff

Make sure to review:

SPF and DKIM setup

From Email Address and Reply to Email Address

Sender Name

Subject Link too may cause the email to be sent to junk

Just because it's a transactional email like this, it's still no different than if you were sending an email to a list of subscribers - it's still an email ultimately sent from Marketo.  There are several posts on the community that talk to the challenges of getting our emails into the recipient's inbox -  and most revolve around

Thank you all for the responses, they have been very helpful and my team is looking into some of the issues that may be causing our emails to go into junk/spam folders. When they have figured it out I will post the reason.

Thank you again,

Jeff
