I have gated content for whitepapers and webinars on demand. Once the person fills out a form they have access to the content and I also send the person an email to have access later on to that asset.


I have it set up to let leads run through the flow every time, but now I am thinking receiving an email every time may be too much.

Thoughts?

Hi Alyssa--we send a confirmation email only once for each unique downloaded asset. So if you download a particular whitepaper twice, you'll only get one confirmation email. But if you download two different whitepapers, you would receive two different confirmation emails--each with a permalink to the specific asset you downloaded.

I would do it "once every hour" This allows them to get it multipe times but only once per hour...

Thanks Mark and Kate for the suggestions. I will see what works best, but changing it to at least once every hour will be better.
