Gap between no. of leads in (distribution) list and no. of sents in report

Dear community,I sent out an email to a distribution list of 1,097 leads.But in the report it says that the email was sent to only 963 recipients.What does this gap mean?Many thanks and best regardsCatrin

Hi Catrin,There can be a variety of reasons.- This list contained duplicate email addresses. In that case It will only send once per address.- You had 1,097 leads in the list, but some were blocked (e.g. unsubscribed)- You had >1,097 leads in the list, but after blocked it should have gone to 1,097, but at the time of sending it dropped further (e.g. if you scheduled days in advance)- EtcI hope this helps.What does the program itself say (not the report)?
