Gainsight/Marketo Integration

Hi,

Our CSM team is using Gainsight for Client Management and to achieve desired outcomes. Has anyone recently integrated Gainsight with Marketo and what sort of functionality is being leveraged with this integration? Do I need to reach out to support to activate it as a Launchpoint service and then create an API user and create this service?

I haven't been able to find good resources on community and elsewhere about this integration.
